What we will not do: guaranteed reviews, paid placements, embargo lifts outside the agreed window, or anything that compromises our editorial independence.
For retailers and trade partners
Retailer and affiliate: partners@toolbrief.co.uk — for affiliate programme enquiries, retailer deal submissions, and trade partnership conversations. We will not pay for inclusion in our coverage; we will not be paid for positive coverage. Active affiliate relationships are listed on the affiliate disclosure page.

- Tips: read daily. Reply within 2 working days if we're pursuing the story.
- Corrections: acknowledged within 1 working day. Verified and logged within 5 working days. See corrections policy.
- Press: replied to within 3 working days. We do not chase embargo lifts.
- Partnerships: replied to within 5 working days. We say yes or no quickly. We do not do ongoing negotiation over email.
