Painting and decorating trades have a new shortcut to Dulux products this week, following the launch of Dulux Decorator Centre on the TradeKart trade marketplace.
TradeKart operates as a consolidated procurement platform for the building and decorating trades, bringing together product ranges from multiple suppliers under one account. The addition of Dulux Decorator Centre means decorators can now access Dulux's trade product range through the same platform they may already use for other materials and sundries.
For tradespeople who deal with multiple suppliers and the admin overhead that comes with it -- separate accounts, separate invoices, separate deliveries -- a platform that consolidates ordering has genuine practical value. The ability to pull Dulux alongside other trade products on a single order could cut the number of procurement steps on a busy job.
The partnership was announced on 15 June 2026.
What This Means for Decorating Trades
TradeKart positions itself as a marketplace built around trade buying habits rather than consumer retail. The Dulux Decorator Centre listing extends that principle into paint and coatings, a category that decorators purchase constantly and in volume.
There is no change to the Dulux Decorator Centre's own trade accounts or direct ordering routes -- this is an additional channel rather than a replacement.
